Chiropractic adjustments help to restore motion and alignment to the body's joints to allow the body to function optimally. All of the body's muscles, organs, tissues, and cells receive nerve supply from those nerves that come from an individuals spinal column. If a person's spinal column has misalignments of decreased motion, this can irritate the nervous system and cause inflammation, which in turn can result in muscle and/or joint pain, as well as nerve dysfunction.

Chiropractic adjustments realign and add motion to the joints which will decrease the inflammation and most importantly take pressure off of the nerves so they function normally and optimally. Common conditions helped by chiropractic care include (but are not limited to the following):

- Neck and back pain - Asthma
- Whiplash - Ear Infections
- Headaches - Dizziness
- Motor vehicle accidents - Infantile Colic
- Pregnancy related pains / Breech Presentation - Pain/numbness/tingling

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to provide relief for many conditions. It is the practice of inserting very fine needles at areas rich in nerve and blood supply to effect changes in the body. Research has shown that this modality works primarily by access to an individuals nervous system. As nerve fibers are stimulated by the tiny needles, neurochemicals are released locally. These chemicals travel to the central nervous system, resulting in a cascade of feedback mechanisms. Endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, are released and circulation is increased. Nerve and defense systems are also activated. Because the nervous systems is an extensive network affecting every other system in the body, the effects of acupuncture extend well beyond the needle insertion sites. It directs a stimulating or calming effect on these symptoms through self-modulation.

The human body has an incredible ability to
bounce back. With the right balance, your
body can recover from all kinds of discomfort
and distress.
However, imbalances may allow physical or
emotional obstacles to build up over time.
Most of us are in an unbalanced state in one
way or another. Few would honestly claim to
feel 100% well (physically, emotionally, and
spiritually) 100% of the time!
But while imbalance is extremely common, it
may also be extremely easy to resolve.

The Emotion Code and Body CodeTM can help you
identify and correct imbalances.

Resolve physical discomfort
Ease emotional wounds
Conquer self-doubt
Restore love to relationships
Break cycles of self-sabotage

Belief Code identifies and clears negative belief systems in the subconscious mind using both Emotion Code and Body Code.
